For products purchased online and delivered within Australia we will accept returns for products that are faulty.
We are not able to offer returns & exchanges for change of mind.
AA Apparel takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we will ensure all costs associated with returned faulty goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you.
For faulty or defective products, we provide the following returns options:
1. Exchange for an alternate size/colour (subject to stock availability)
2. Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal)
It may happen that your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your return product is received by us. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.
Please note that returns cannot be processed if the items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing or if any of the accompanying gift items are missing.
