A well-fitted bra is not only important for the right look, but is also crucial in defining your correct posture and lending the needed support. Knowing your correct bra size is the first step towards finding the perfect bra fitting!
Get a measuring tape and make sure you are wearing a well-fitted non-padded bra.
Now, follow these simple steps to find your BRA SIZE.
Find your band size (UNDERBUST)
- Wrap measuring tape around the bottom band, right under your bust
- The tape should be level and snug.
- Note the measurement in centimetres. Round the number obtained, to the nearest whole number.
- Use below measurement table to find your band size that matches your underbust measurement. e.g. if your undercuts measurement is between 73cm to 77cm, your band size is 12.
Find your Cup size (OVERBUST)
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust
- Make sure it’s neither tight nor loose & without any falls or twists
- Round off the number to the nearest whole number.
- Use below measurement table to find your Cup size that matches your overbust measurement, corresponding with Band size. e.g. if your overbust measurement is between 89cm to 91cm, your cup size is “B”.
- Based on above example measurements, correct bra size would be 12B.

SISTERHOOD OF CUPS
Even after finding your correct bra size, there are times you might need help from ‘Sister Cup Sizes’. These are alternate sizes where the cup volume the same even though the “band size” and “cup letter” changes. The reason being that cup sizes aren’t consistent by letter, they’re consistent by band size. The larger the band size the larger the cup. Therefore, the cup of 34B is same as 32C or 36A.
